Our story
Russel's Crane & Cartage was originally established as Murray's Crane and Cartage in 2003. Russel Lambert, a long-time Murray's employee, purchased the business in May 2014 and has continued to offer the same safe, reliable crane service under the new name.
Our mission is simple: let us do the heavy lifting. We offer reliable crane services throughout Southern Vancouver Island, including Victoria, Langford, Sidney and everywhere in between. With three classes of cranes and a wide variety of rigging and lifting implements, we are equipped for all of your lifting and transport needs.
Our certified operators have taken on some of the most difficult jobs Victoria has to offer:
- Orca sculptures at the Inner Harbour
- The tower clock at Uptown Centre
- Sculptures and totem poles
- Many construction jobs across Greater Victoria
